In 2015 I hired Access Investigative Services, Inc. to assist us with gaining full custody of our grandson (12yrs old) as his mother decided to file for full custody after no contact or visits since 2006 (3yrs old). I had an issue with some product I had purchased from a private seller in Florida (I’m in Seattle), fully paid for, and had been going in circles with the seller who had sworn up and down that the product had been shipped. They were able to determine that the seller still had the product in his possession, got pictures and video, and even spoke with him directly! I hired Access Investigative Services, Inc. on extremely short notice to help with surveillance pertaining to a workman’s compensation case. There was only a 36-hour window to accomplish the needed surveillance and under conditions that made it difficult to find the person in question.
